What a thoughtful review, Nino. I agree people aren't inherently evil, our behavior mostly exists on a spectrum and there is no binary act of good or evil. As you said, it's unfair to judge a person solely by the act itself.

And yes, you're right it's not everyone's cup of tea due to its sensitive theme. Honestly it makes me really sad whenever I think of the anime. For me, it was a painful watch but somehow, it was liberating?

Haha maybe because humans and their emotions are such intriguing topics for me, so instead of disturbing, I found it a little bit more soothing :)
